DRIVING LICENSE TEST

DEFINITION

driver's license or driving licence is an official document that states that a person may operate one or more types of motorized vehicles, such as a motorcyclecartruck, or a bus, on a public roadway without in-vehicle supervision.

ADVANTAGES
* You can be free completely from the dependence on your parents.
* Can go everywhere.
* Enjoy your private life.
* Prove your identification.

DISADVANTAGES 
* Possibility of accident rate may increase.
 The cost of maintaining.

SUGGESTION TO IMPROVE:
Improved ways to test a driver's license is required to drive the level of efficiency and those who pass the test should be tested by appropriate and fair.

JOB INTERVIEW

DEFINITION

job interview is a type of employment test that involves a conversation between a job applicant and representative of the employing organization. Interviews are one of the most popularly used devices for employee selection. Interviews vary in the extent to which the questions are structured, from totally unstructured and free-wheeling conversation, to a set list of questions each applicant is asked. Research has shown that structured interviews are more valid than unstructured, that is, they are more accurate in predicting which applicants will make good employees. A job interview typically precedes the hiring decision, and is used to evaluate the candidate. The interview is usually preceded by the evaluation of submitted resumes from interested candidates, then selecting a small number of candidates for interviews. Potential job interview opportunities also include networking events and career fairs. The job interview is considered one of the most useful tools for evaluating potential employees.

Don’t waffle answer questions properly  even if you need a few moments’ silence to collect your thoughts. Anderson advises, “It’s better to say you need a minute to think about your answer rather than speak instantly and regret it afterwards.”

MUET


DEFINITION

The Malaysian University English Test (MUET) is a test of English language proficiency, largely for university admissions. The test is set and run by the Malaysian Examinations Council (which also runs the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia examination). MUET is largely recognised only in Malaysia and Singapore. However, a small number of universities outside Malaysia and Singapore do recognise MUET. Most candidates who sit for MUET do so to apply for admissions in public and private universities and colleges. MUET is a prerequisite in applying for admissions into all public universities and colleges in Malaysia.

The improvement of the general test is students need to work harder because they have to find a suitable method for them to go through the test. In addition to the extra classes or tuition must also be made more widely to enable the students to learn and study.

SIJIL TINGGI PERSEKOLAHAN MALAYSIA


DEFINITION
The Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM, English: Malaysian Higher School Certificate) is a pre-university examination taken by students in Malaysia. It was formerly known as the Higher School Certificate (HSC). The HSC was the precursor to the GCE A Level in the UK, and is still the name of the pre-university examination in some states in Australia.


ADVANTAGES
Directly Connected Degree.
* Half Year Period.
* on a par with Diplomas.
* Low fees.


DISADVANTAGES
* The atmosphere is still the same kind of school.
* No new experiences.
* The format of this new high-level 6, there are exams every 6 months.

SIJIL PELAJARAN MALAYSIA

DEFINITION
The Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), or the Malaysian Certificate of Education, is a national examination taken by all fifth-year secondary school students in Malaysia, equivalent to eleventh grade in American's K–12 (education). It is set and examined by the Malaysian Examinations Syndicate (Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia).SPM is equivalent to the O-Level and is the second last public examination at the secondary school level before the entry into a tertiary level education at a university or other higher education institutions. The Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM), being a pre-university study and equivalent to the A-Level, is the last public examination at the secondary school level. Other available pre-university studies in Malaysia include matriculation, foundation study, A-Level, etc., which are conducted at a college or university.

ADVANTAGES

Mandatory requirement to apply for a job.

DISADVANTAGES
* Pressure on students.
Need crafts, committed as they need to spend a lot of capacity and will be difficult for the lazy.

SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE SPM EXAMS
Improvements to be made to SPM is a need to make more teachers additional classes and expose the kinds of questions that will be answered by them. In addition to the invigilator must also answer or help the students if they ask questions.

THE ORAL TEST


DEFINITION

The oral exam is a practice in many schools and discipline in which an examiner poses questions to the student in spoken form. The student has to answer the question in such a way as to demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the subject to pass the exam.

ADVANTAGES

* Students can learn directly in his opinion orally.
* Students do not have to think long and can answer questions spontaneously.
* Teachers can know the mind of a student in speaking verbally.
* Direct personal contact with candidates.

DISADVANTAGES

* Take quite a lot especially if the number of students.
* Subjectivity factor will appear when the atmosphere of the oral test was only one examiner and a        student.
* Lack standardization.

SUGGESTION TO IMPROVE THIS ORAL TEST

Define areas of competence and traits to be assessed. Standardization is the extent to which the examination is consistent, equivalent and consistent,comparable for all candidates. Give topic that all candidates will know and can answer it.

UPSR exams


DEFINITION
Primary School Achievement Test, also known as Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (in Malay), is a national examination taken by all students in Malaysia at the end of their sixth year in primary school before they leave for secondary school. It is prepared and examined by the Malaysian Examinations Syndicate (Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia), an agency that constitutes the Ministry of Education. Students in national schools (sekolah kebangsaan) are required to take five subjects, in addition to an aptitude test. Students in Chinese and Tamil national-type schools (sekolah jenis kebangsaan) are required to take two additional language subjects, totaling seven subjects.Multiple choice questions are tested using a standardize optical answer sheet that uses optical mark recognition for detecting answers.

SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE UPSR EXAMS.
My proposal is to improve the examination of teachers and parents need to give support and encouragement to students to answer the exam questions. In addition, the examination must be in accordance with the learning that has been taught to pupils and format questions.

MONTHLY EXAM IN SCHOOL



DEFINITION
As guest judge students in terms of the development of intellectual, emotional, language, cognitive know the weaknesses and strengths. Rating is responding to the teaching and learning process whether or not the objective has been achieved. Besides, it is to test the students about their learning in school whether they understand or not. The purpose of the assessment is to collect tracking information for record retention. The results of evaluation studies conducted detection will be used for reference in designing or teaching activities appropriate to the students. In addition, the results of this assessment can also be submitted to the relevant authorities in an effort to increase the capacity of the students.

ADVANTAGES
* Teacher may know the level of their students in learning.
* Students can improve their learning every month.
* Every students will try study hard in their learning to do in monthly exam.
* Students will try to success in their exam.
* Students will try to get a good result in their exam.
* Students will be comfortable or accustomed to the test.

DISADVANTAGES
* Teachers have no choice but to comply with the prescribed education policy.
* No time for students and teachers for preparation in exam.
* The unsatisfactory results in exams.
* Students will get stress in their learning.

SUGGESTION TO IMPROVE THIS MONTHLY EXAMS.
My suggestion to improve this monthly exam is teachers need much to make additional classes for students prior to the exam because they may be more willing and confident to answer their exam questions. In addition, the question must be provided in accordance syllabus taught to students so that they are easy to study.
